Bill Goodgion currently serves as Executive Advisor at Recovery Beyond, a temporary role focused on supporting a successful leadership transition. He works closely with the new Executive Director and the Board to provide guidance, continuity, and strategic support during this period.
Bill’s journey with Recovery Beyond began in 2019 when he showed up to volunteer for the mountaineering program. He’s since been a donor, community champion, Board member, interim Executive Director, and most recently our Executive Director.
Prior to this work, Bill spent more than three decades in senior leadership roles across the freight forwarding and logistics industry. A Marine Corps infantry veteran and lifelong outdoor enthusiast, he can often be found in the mountains hiking, climbing, biking, or skiing. Bill and his wife are proud parents of two daughters.
