  • Donation and payment information: donations are processed through Stripe. We receive confirmation details (such as donation amount, date, and a transaction identifier). We do not store your full payment card number on our servers.
  • Website usage data: such as pages visited, approximate location (based on IP address), device/browser type, and cookies or similar technologies.

2) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Process and acknowledge donations
  • Send donation receipts and related communications you request
  • Respond to messages or support requests

3) Text Messages and Communications

If you provide your phone number and opt in (or otherwise authorize messages), you agree you may receive texts related to your donation, customer service, event notifications, or other communications you request.

  • Opting out: You can cancel SMS at any time by replying “STOP” to the number you received the communication from. After you send “STOP”, we will send a confirmation text that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Re-subscribing: If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages again.
  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply “HELP” for more assistance.
  • Carrier notice: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Rates and frequency: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The number of messages you receive will vary. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

4) How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We will not share your mobile phone number with any marketing or third parties except in some cases with:

  • Service providers who help us operate our website and process donations (including Stripe, website hosting, email/SMS tools)
  • Legal/compliance authorities if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security
