Manda's role of the Development Manager is to focus on fundraising campaigns and donor engagement, Sponsorships and partnerships, development systems and organization, and strengthening long-term fundraising capacity.
She brings more than 15 years of nonprofit leadership and community-building experience, with a background spanning fundraising, experiential education, volunteer engagement, and community-centered programming and events. She has built her career around creating meaningful connections, building strong systems, and helping people feel connected to the communities and causes they care about.
Originally from the New York area, Manda spent over a decade in Los Angeles before relocating to the Pacific Northwest. Outside of work, she enjoys running, indoor bouldering, paddleboarding, hiking, camping, coffee, travel, and creating spaces where people feel connected and welcome.
